In a healthy body the pancreas produces insulin and this help the body to manage the sugar and the carbohydrates appropiately. The illness real name is Diabetes Mellitus (insuline - dependent) and it can affect people of more than 40 years. The cells of the pancreas work but they don't inject the insulin appropriately.

People that has this form of health disorder, is generally because they eat a lot and are exceeded in weight. This causes the excess of glucose in the blood and the pancreas doesn't produce the enough insulin to manage so much glucose.

We know that the pancreas is the one that produces the substances with the highest pH in the body. The hormone of the insulin has a pH from 8.8 to 9. The reduction of calcium in the body unbalances the production and the delivery of this hormone into the blood. This at the end, takes us to an acidic condition in the blood. The covered veins caused by the excess of production of proteins also unbalance the function of the pancreas.
