The illness > 2. Degenerative:
We generally don't consider that changes in our vision are some kind of illness, we do consider that it is simply a sign of the aging process and we accept it as a fact of the life, however how or why do these things happen?
Undoubtedly the acidification process has something to do as we accumulate phosphates and urates in our cells. The cells lose more oxygen and this effect prevents sugar to metabolize properly in the cells, sticking it to the molecules of protein. The final result is that the cells and the tissue stick to each other, loosing flexibilty, becoming hard, so the nerves no longer focus due to the deficiency provoked by a defective irrigation process. If we don't allow acids to accumulate in our cells, these things will never happen.
Now the following question is can we now revert this damage?, we don't have many examples, but with two or three is enough to say yes, it is posible.
We have known about people that has stopped to use the eyeglasseses for reading keeping the use of alkaline water for long periods of time.
