It is a super oxidant substance due to its high positive electric charge that varies from +1000 up to +1200 milivolts. It also contains chlorine and dissolved residual oxygen up to 30 parts per million. These characteristics make inhabitable the environment for microorganisms that invade our body, but doesn't cause any damage.
