Perfected water
This molecule of water, known as H2O is the cause of every life form in the planet.
The union of hydrogens with oxygen is not in an angle of 180 degrees but in an angle of 104.5 degrees: Right here is the whole secret of life, because the polarity of these atoms is in constant movement; being the oxygen of bigger size than the hydrogens, it attracts its electrons and it changes their polarity to negative. It happens the contrary effect in the hydrogens.
It is the only substance that is on the planet in the three physical states solid, liquid and gas. It is lighter in its solid state than in its liquid state, since the angle of union of the hydrogens opens to 109.5 degrees. For this reason the ice floats in the water, otherwise the lakes, preys and rivers would freeze from bottom to top, killing every life form that inhabit them. When floating, the water not only sustains life, but it also protects it.
The water is a powerful solvent that carries many invisible ingredients as minerals, oxygen, nutrients, products of waste and pollutants.
Structure of the water
We all know that a molecule of water is H2O, this is, two atoms of hydrogen and an oxygen atom. As we said, these two atoms of hydrogen are not bonded to the atom of oxygen in an angle of 180 degrees, but in one of 104.5 degrees in liquid state, and in 109.5 degrees in ice, which is a more open structure that the liquid water, which grants it a lower density.
These angles create effects of electric polarization in the molecules of water. The side with hydrogen is more positive than the side with oxygen. For this reason, the molecules of water are not disarticulated, but on the other hand, they form structures that change from hexagonal to pentagonal and vice versa constantly in a very short period of time (10-11 second) in a cooperative way. (Chun, Moo Shik “Water and Health” Korea, Investigation Center of Applied Science For the Water, Seoul, Korea, l989).
The WATER is ALIVE!
Yes… the water is a living being in its own entity without any alive organism in it.
The percentage of water molecules hexagonally structured, varies in function of the temperature. In pure water, there are 3 to 4% of molecules of water hexagonally structured at 10°C (50°F) and the rest is of pentagonal structures. There is 10% at 0°C (32°F) of water hexagonally structured and virtually 100% at -40°C (-40°F) . We perfectly know that a snow flake is hexagonal. The technology of the NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonator) allowes the scientists to see the molecular structures.
Water in a living organism
The water in a live organism is much more complex than the pure or "regular' water, as the scientists call it. According to Dr. Moo-Shik Chun, professor in Korea of the Institute of Science and Technology in Seoul, “a protein molecule is surrounded of 70,000 molecules of water, which form three different layers or at least with different structures.”
Dr. Chun classifies these different layers as X, Y and Z. “The molecules of water right next to the protein molecule, form what is called the layer Z. The most distant layer of molecules is the layer X which are more similar to those of the average water. The intermediate layer is called the layer Y. The water of the molecule at the layer Z is ionically connected with the molecule of the protein and is very restricted. Almost is like solid water but it won't freeze until the temperature is very low. The water molecule of layer X, the average water, stays practically free of the influence of the protein molecule and it freezes at the 0°C. The molecule of water of the layer Y, freezes around the -10°C and studying the molecule of water of this layer is important to be able to understand the health and the activities of the enzymes in the living organism. For example, the molecule of water of the layer Y that surrounds a molecule of an alanine dipeptide has 62% of hexagonal structures, 24% of pentagonal structures and 14% of other structures.
“It can be said that the water hexagonally structured is the water that the alive organisms like. This can explain the fact that the water of thaw is good for the plankton growth, green algae, etc., Thaw water has high volumes of hexagonal structures. Some of these results are difficult to see, but they are discovered and they are demonstrated by simulation methods of computer.”
Dr. Chun later explains that water of the layer Y which surrounds a carcinogen tumor, doesn't have many structures. He also explains in his article that the atom of ionized calcium form hexagonal structures of water surrounding it.
